We will not be assigning
lanes by team. Please find a lane and
share with other coaches as needed.

-All swimmers
will warm up together
****Saturday Morning WARM-UP 8:00 AM / Meet 9:00 AM
-1st half hour all 11-12 girls and boys
-2nd
half hour all 13-14 girls and boys
****Saturday Afternoon
WARM-UP 12:15 PM / Meet 1:15 PM

half hour all 12& under girls and boys
-2nd
half hour all Open girls and boys
****Sunday Morning WARM-UP 8:00 AM / Meet 9:00 AM

Swimmers are expected to
enter the pool feet first from the start end of the pool.
Coaches may begin one-way
sprints when they are ready and their lane is cleared.
One lane will be left open
for warm-up and warm-down throughout the meet!!!
This meet will be computer
seeded based on a positive check-in at the beginning of warm-up of each
session. Swimmers must positive check-in or they will be scratched from the
session. We will not re-seed for swimmers who fail to check in.
Coaches, please make it clear to all of your swimmers that
there can be no fooling around in the locker rooms or hallways. We are privileged to be able to use the
facilities at PEA. It is imperative
that we have best behavior from all swimmers in order to keep our good standing
with the Academy. All problems will be
brought to the attention of the swimmer’s coach. We trust that you will help us in this matter.
