WARM-UP SCHEDULE CHANGE (the morning warm-up will be one hour later than originally posted)

We will not be assigning lanes by team. Please find a lane and share with other coaches as needed.

****Friday Afternoon WARM-UP 4:00 PM (session starts at 5:00 pm)

-1st half hour all 13& Over girls and boys

-2nd half hour all other 12 & under girls and boys

****Saturday Morning WARM-UP 8:00 AM (session starts at 8:45 am)

- all 13 & Over Girls and Boys (45 minutes)

****Saturday Afternoon WARM-UP 11:30 AM (session starts at 12:30 pm)

-1^st half hour all 12 & Under Girls

-2^nd half hour all 12 & Under Boys

****Saturday Evening WARM-UP 3:30 PM (session starts at 4:15 pm)

-All 13 & Over Girls and Boys (45 minutes)

Swimmers are expected to enter the pool feet first from the start end of the pool.

Coaches may begin one-way sprints when they are ready and their lane is cleared.

The diving well will be open for warm-up and warm-down throughout the meet!!!

This meet will be computer seeded based on a positive check-in at the beginning of warm-up of each session. Swimmers must positive check-in or they will be scratched. We will not re-seed for swimmers who fail to check in.

Coaches, please make it clear to all of your swimmers that there can be no fooling around in the locker rooms or hallways. We are privileged to be able to use the facilities at UNH. It is imperative that we have best behavior from all swimmers in order to keep our good standing with the University. All problems will be brought to the attention of the swimmers coach. We trust that you will help us in this matter.
