
Procedure for email entry of a new event for the
Age Group
Championships
Send an email to agchamps@seacoastswimming.com. In the subject line enter your
team’s name and the wording "new event".
For swimmers already in the meet: In the body of the email enter the
swimmer’s name, event that they made and qualifying time.
For swimmers not already in the meet: In the body of the email enter
the swimmer’s full name, date of birth, USA Swimming ID, event that
they made and qualifying time.
DO NOT send an updated Hy-tek file.
It is preferred that you adhere to the midnight deadline. If for some
reason, you are unable to get email access on Sunday evening, the new
events must be emailed no later than 7AM Monday July 14th.
